Terms and Conditions...

&C – we accept all orders on the basis that the following terms and conditions have been read and adhered to:

 

All our products are handmade, and as such there may be slight variations between product to product. This is not deemed as a fault! Products should be treated with care as they are delicately handmade and require a soft touch!

 

We do not offer refunds on any unwanted products. If products arrive to you in an unsatisfactory condition due to our mistake then we will be happy to exchange or refund the items. Please do get in touch if there is a problem with your order. We will need the faulty items back before any refund or exchange is given.  

 

If is the customers responsibility to check their proofs and wording carefully. Once you have signed off on the wording/fonts/spelling etc then we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made after the proof was accepted. If the customer requires a change after production has commenced, then any costs already incurred will be passed onto the customer.

 

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled as long as final proofs have not been approved and production has not stared. The 50% deposit is non-refundable if items have already been ordered for your work. If you wish to cancel after production has started you will be charged for those items made.  We are unable to refund postage costs unless the item was faulty.

 

Ordering in stages:

If customer orders stationery in stages, we can not guarantee design continuity of design including colour shades of products used. You will need to check with us about delivery times as if we didn't know about your whole order at the start, we wont have left a space to make it! But we will do our best for you, please get in touch!


Once ordered, we will send one hard copy of your wedding invitation.. If you choose to change the design of your stationery once the proofs have been received then there will be an additional charge of at least £5 and if you then require another change, a cost of £5 will be charged. Samples for wording will be sent via email. Samples of place cards etc will also be sent via email. If hard copes are required these will be charged from £5 per item. 

 

Prices
Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders. 

  

Any delay caused by you failing to respond to proofing items within our timescale could mean a delay in your order being sent out, or in extreme cases, could mean your order will have to be cancelled
